Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, you may return or exchange eligible items in accordance with the terms below.
- Eligibility & condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags, inserts, and protective packaging intact. Live plants must be returned within 7 days and in healthy condition.
- Return window: Home décor (frames, art prints, textiles) within 30 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase: A valid receipt, order number, or invoice is required.
- Non-returnable: Gift cards, made-to-order/custom items, final-sale or clearance items, and used/repotted plants (unless defective on arrival).
- Damaged or defective on arrival: Contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
- Process: Request an RMA before shipping items back. Unapproved returns may be refused.
- Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after receipt and inspection. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.
- Return shipping: Unless the item is defective or incorrect, you are responsible for return shipping costs and proper packaging to avoid transit damage.
